Professional Culinary Workshop for the Galilee Medical Center’s Kitchen and Bakery Staff, Led by Chef Erez Komarovsky. The Galilee Medical Center had the pleasure of hosting renowned Israeli chef Erez Komarovsky for a flavorful and enriching culinary workshop tailored for the center’s cooks and bakers.

During the session, the team discussed the importance of using local and seasonal produce, and how to make the most of it in the kitchen. Chef Komarovsky prepared several green, healthy, and delicious dishes, inspiring the staff with fresh ideas and flavors.
