such as Pediatrics, Pediatric Surgery, Pediatric Orthopedics, NICU, Women\u2019s Health, High-Risk Pregnancy, and the Genetics Lab.<br \/>Over the years, the entrance plaza has deteriorated and is in urgent need of renovation.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>The renovation plan includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Replacing worn flooring with durable tiles<\/li>\n<li>Replacing old benches with safe, comfortable, and modern seating<\/li>\n<li>Expanding lawn areas and planting shade trees<\/li>\n<li>Installing fencing and renovating the pergola for protection from sun and rain<\/li>\n<li>Paving an access road and designated parking for ambulances<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Estimated Cost:<\/strong><br \/>$540,000 (of which $270,000 has already been
