Purim Gift and Toy Distribution for Hospitalized Children

"When Adar begins – joy increases!"

As part of the ongoing activities of the Joint Committee of the Galilee Medical Center and the Friends Association, which promotes a healing and supportive environment, Mishloach Manot (Purim gift packages) were distributed to children hospitalized at the medical center.

Moran Meiri, a social worker in the Neurology Department, organized a special visit by 6th-grade students from Regba, who arrived in costume and brought with them a generous collection of gift packages and toys. These were purchased by the Friends Association from the toy chain “Idan 2000,” whose team warmly joined the initiative and even made their own donations.

The students visited the children in the Pediatrics Ward, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, and Pediatric Emergency Room, bringing joy, laughter, and smiles to every room they entered.
There’s no doubt – even a small act of kindness can make a big difference!

A heartfelt thank-you to Moran Meiri, the wonderful students, and everyone who took part in this touching initiative.
